Skin Brightening
What causes darker skin on intimate areas?
The first thing to know is that it is perfectly normal to have dark skin discoloration in certain areas, such as the armpits, hands, face, knees, elbows, inner thighs, bikini line and between the cheeks.
These dark areas are an accumulation of dead cells and melanin on the upper layers of the skin, often caused by dry skin, friction, inflammation, ingrown hairs, hormonal changes (pregnancy, imbalance) or aging. No one in the world has perfectly even skin coloration. Some people are simply born with this type of discoloration, often in the intimate areas.

How is a natural skin brightening treatment performed?
The first step of the appointment will be the consultation. The technician will determine your eligibility for the treatment, as well as the recommended number of sessions to reach your expectations and the products for homecare.
In any case, the use of specific products at home is mandatory. Indeed, as it is a progressive natural brightening, it is absolutely necessary to use the products to ensure that the work continues every day.
It is possible to start with the homecare products only, but never only with the service without products at home.
The service is based on natural products which consists of 5 steps with the use of blue and red LED light therapy.
Is the service painful?
Not at all, the service is very comfortable
What kind of results can I expect?
As it is a service based on natural products, we must expect progressive results and not instantaneous. In some cases, we see an improvement from the first session, and in other cases, it can even take up to 3 months before seeing a result. The origin and depth of the discoloration play a very big role in the possible results.
How many sessions are required?
The number of sessions required is different for everyone. In some cases, we recommend only the daily use of products at home, and in others, we recommend up to 6 sessions.
Everything will be determined during the consultation, depending on the depth and origin of your discoloration, as well as your expectations.
It is important to understand that the older the discoloration, the deeper it is, so it requires more sessions.
In any case, it is mandatory to use the products at home daily.
What should I do after my session?
Following the session, it is important to avoid rinsing the area for a minimum of 4 hours.
The same evening, you will apply the products as indicated during your appointment. In the majority of cases, it should be applied to the area in very small quantities, on clean, dry skin, in the evening before going to sleep.
In addition, during your consultation, you will receive recommendations regarding your lifestyle in order to maximize the longevity of the results. For example, it is important to avoid friction on the areas (string, tight clothing) or to keep them moisturized.
What is the difference between natural skin brightening and bleaching or peels?
Bleach-type products or peels will give you an instant brightening result, by burning the top layer of the skin. This approach is very aggressive and involves a very high risk of inflammation in sensitive areas. Very often, an improvement can be observed in the first few days, but there is a strong risk that the skin will pigment again afterwards and become even darker than it was before.
Your discoloration will therefore no longer be hyperpigmentation (overproduction of melanin) but a chemical burn, which is much more difficult to treat.
Is anal bleaching safe?
Vaginal and anal brightening (also known as “bleaching”) is one of the hottest trends in skincare. Often, the products found on the market are from the older generation who seek to take advantage of this trend. Most contain very strong chemicals including hydroquinone, kojic acid and even mercury, which can burn and irritate the skin, or some contain a messy or sticky formula.
Our treatment is not a bleach but a product specially formulated to be used on sensitive areas, genitals and anus.
Will the dark discoloration come back after my natural skin brightening?
It is difficult to predict for how long the results will remain. The human body is constantly changing and renewing. By following the recommendations daily, you will maximize your chances of keeping the result as long as possible.
It is recommended to use one tube of brightening gel per year at home to maintain the results.
