Our lives are hectic and in the day-to-day chaos we often forget how important it is that we take time to care for ourselves.

At Self Medical Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible treatments using the highest quality equipment and highly trained personnel. Customer service is a top priority. At Self, you are family! We pride ourselves on listening to and understanding our clients wants and needs. At Self, no service is ever complete until the client is happy!

We offer our treatments in a relaxed, spa-like environment. Our spa in Prince George is located ‘off the beaten path’, secluded, and very private.

Dr. Kennedy, OBGYN, practiced medicine in Prince George from 2014-2022 and he continues to be the owner and medical director of Self. He, along with his wife, created Self Medical Spa in 2019 after more than a year of researching and finding the best possible equipment with which to provide services in the spa.
